Our popular and in-demand semi-private group training classes are now available Wednesday through Sunday, providing the perfect mix of community, motivation, and expert coaching to help you get stronger in 2025.
Group Training Schedule
We’ve designed a flexible schedule to fit your busy lifestyle. Join us for group training sessions at the following times:
- Wednesdays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Fridays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays:
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Sundays:
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
